A view of the world from an Irish hole

Let it snow

The weather forecast for the weekend is giving snow showers. I want to be among the first that, no matter what comes out of the sky, it is NOT the fault of minister for Transport Noel Dempsey. He has probably heard the weather forecast. Now he doesn’t like the cold so I wonder has he anything planned like a trip to Australia to see the brother?

  1. Oh, damn, I was hoping I could blame *someone* for the 25 days of rain last November during my bicycling through Cavan and Meath. Now I just have myself to blame for choosing an odd season! :-) Emjoying your blog, Ciaran. Keep moving!

    • Hi Wade, My father, aged 90, says we haven’t had any decent weather in Ireland since the Green Party joined the government! Glad you like the blog.
